Terms of Service

Prodigal Lens provides automated, AI-assisted brand audits — scores, competitor analysis, and recommendations based on publicly available information about brands you submit. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in future, with notice and any payments processed by a third-party payment processor (we do not store full card details).

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• Submit brands or websites in a way that infringes others' rights or applicable law;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service or its security;
• Use the outputs to harass, defame, or mislead, or to misrepresent an audit as endorsed by the brands analyzed.

You retain ownership of the URLs, brand details, and other inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit them.

The Service, its audit framework, and its software are owned by Prodigal AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. The audit reports we generate are provided to you for your own business use — you may act on and share them. You may not resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own.

Audits are automated assessments and opinions generated by AI models and heuristics. They may contain errors or omissions and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, result, or outcome. You are responsible for how you use them and should apply your own judgment.

The Service relies on third parties such as Google (sign-in) and our hosting and analytics providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigal AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the free Service, is zero).

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
